Directions
Directions from the west via the A2, north, airport/Neue Messe (new exhibition centre)/congress centre
- Take the A14 heading for Dresden
- Come off at the Leipzig Mitte turning (AS 23)
- Take the B2 following signs for Leipzig Mitte, pass the new exhibition centre, continue on the B2 heading for Gera until you reach Prager Strasse
- On Prager Strasse, stay on the B2 heading for Gera. Right after the old exhibition centre (Alte Messe, huge double M letters on the right) take the first left into Naunhofer Strasse
- When the road forks, stay on the main road
- Go straight through the lights and take the next left (Breslauer Strasse)
Directions from the east, south and west via the A4/A9
- Approaching from the west: at the Rippachtal crossroads heading for Dresden, take the A 38 / Approaching from the east: at the Parthenaue T-junction, take the A38 heading for Göttingen and stay on this road until the Südost exit (south east) (AST32)
- Take the road signposted for Leipzig
- You will reach Prager Strasse, stay on this road until the lights for the Monument to the Battle of the Nations
- Go over the crossroads and stay on Prager Strasse until you reach the tram stop. Turn right here into Naunhofer Strasse
- When the road forks, stay on the main road
- Go straight through the lights and take the next left (Breslauer Strasse)
Directions from the city centre/main railway station
- From the station, join the ring road heading for B 6 Wurzen/Paunsdorf until you reach Augustusplatz (multi-storey building with the MDR logo on it, get into the central left-hand lane), take the left turning
- Stay on the B 6 signposted for Grimma
- On Prager Strasse, take the B2 signposted for Gera
- Right after the old exhibition centre (Alte Messe, huge double M letters on the right) take the first left into Naunhofer Strasse
- When the road forks, stay on the main road
- Go straight through the lights and take the next left (Breslauer Strasse)

Directions taking public transport from the main railway station
- Take tram line 4 - heading for Stötteritz. You will find tram stops opposite the main entrance to Leipzig’s main railway station
- Stay on until Breslauer Strasse (journey time of approx. 10min-12min)
- Turn right into Breslauer Strasse and our Balance Hotel Leipzig Alte Messe is just a two-minute walk away

- From the airport, take the shuttle provided by "Deutsche Bahn AG" to the main railway station
- From the main railway station, take tram line 4 - heading for Stötteritz until you reach the Breslauer Strasse stop
- Turn right into Breslauer Strasse and walk to the hotel (approx. 2min)
